ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS:
A separate application must be submitted by each istitution before June 14, 2015.
Registration fee $600.00
- After Port Chester Soccer Club receives your aceptance in writing (vía fax o Email). We will be sending you a registration package that will include:
Form that contains personal informacion of the delegacion
Voucher for payment in the amount of $600.00 US dólares.
- After we received and revised all your dcumentacion which includes:
Registration form completly filled out.
Form that contains names. birth dates and identification, it should also contain the information of the acompanying staff.
A check or Money order paid to PCSC Inc. por US $600 and send to:

We will be sending you an aceptance letter so you could start your visa processing. This will be sent to you before June 14, 2015. If you are not accepted, your check or Money Order will be returned to you.
We will not accept cancellations, only $300 US will be returned..
- Later, we will be sending the US Embassy in your country a letter of certification for the traveling delegation to USA. Usually just before your interview.
We will also send more details about your staying in family homes and itinerary to follow. So you will have an idea of your days in New York.
Some institiutions may qualify for scholarships and other especials privileges. .
Please ask for more informacion.
1.- Only two selected teams from each country will be awarded with this scholarship.
2.- The process of selection will be done at the level of each indidual country following guided rules of the tournament organizer.
3.- No more than two teams per age group per country will be awarded this scholarship to participate in the "7th Independence Cup - Port Chester New York"
4.- Each country will be arranging a small tournament to select the two representative teams for that country following guided rules of the organizer.
5.- The first two places in each division will be awarded.
6.- This Tournament must be done between the months of March and May of 2015.
All awarded teams will get:
- A 50% discount in registration fee.
-Free home staying for players hosted by the organizer for a maximum of 7 days and 6 nights.
-One double room for accompanying staff at Rye Town Hilton for a maximum of 7 nights. Room accomodates four people.
-Two paid full field trips.
1.- Trip to Mountain Creek - water park - full day event.- Tuesday September 1st.
2.- A day in New York City - full day event - Wednesday September 2nd.
3.- Open free day with families - shopping -on Thursday September 3rd.
The organizer reserves the right to accept or deny any application.
